Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands):
At Kuantara, we are committed to offering you the best shopping experience, including fast and efficient shipping options.

  • Mainland Spain: Free shipping is available for orders over 30€. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be shown at checkout. Delivery time for mainland Spain is 24 to 48 working hours, using trusted carriers such as Correos Express or CTT Exprés.

  • Balearic Islands: For orders to the Balearic Islands, shipping is free for orders over 40€. For smaller orders, a shipping fee will apply. Delivery time to the Balearic Islands is 48 to 72 working hours.

Europe:
For our international customers within Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over 60€. Delivery times range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain via UPS.

Security and Tracking:
All shipments, regardless of the destination, are fully insured during transit and can be tracked in real-time to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Kuantara, which is why we offer a 30-day free trial period for all our products. Below are our return conditions:

  • Trial Period: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product free of charge. We want you to experience our products without worry.

  • Return Conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
    • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to confirm its original condition. If everything is in order, we will proceed with a full refund of the order amount.

  • Refund: The refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase and may take up to 2 weeks to reflect in your bank account.

  • Exceptions: Products that have been personalized with initials or other specific details cannot be returned unless they present a manufacturing defect.
